Holocaust

"Hitler told Himmler that it was not enough for the Jews simply to die; they must die in agony. What was the best way to prolong their agony?  Himmler turned the problem over to his advisers, who concluded that a slow agonizing death could be brought about placing Jewish prisoners {i.e.men,  women, children infants.babies} in freight cars in which the floors were coated with quicklime,......which  produced excruciating burns. The advisers estimated that  it would take four days for the prisoners to die, and for that whole time the freight cars would be left standing on some forgotten siding....Finally it was decided that the freight cars should be used, in addition, to the extermination camps"..........Robert Payne,  "The Life and Death of Adolf Hitler"  No. 11.

Grodzka Street was a Jewish orphanage from 1862 to 1942.  A   plaque records "On 24 March 1942. the Nazis murdered all the orphans of that house."  The SS took all of the 108 orphans away by a truck to a nearby village, Hajdan Tatarski , and shot them".....Martin Gilbert, "Holocaust Journey".                                  And horrible deeds of this sort went on for day after day, week after week, month after month, and year after year in many different places and circumstances. Wherever a Jew lived he or she was for these Nazi beasts fair game and in the most sadistic, brutish, and cruel ways - ,  whether suckling babes  or grey haired elders, it made no difference  -  every live Jew, with no exception, was  put to death, 6 million . This is my reaction in my limited group of works, to a tiny amount of the atrocities committed......H.Lautman
